At the start of the case, the parents were ordered to complete a variety of services, including parenting classes, psychiatric and mental health exams, drug tests, counseling, therapy, and other required services.

Completion of Case Plan
The mother successfully completed most of her case plan during the course of the older child's case, while the father was nearly finished with his case plan by the time the older child’s case closed in January 2016.

 

 Mother’s Progress
By May 5, 2016, the mother had completed everything except counseling, though she was actively participating in that service at the time.

As time passed, the parents continued their fight for custody and to be actively involved in their children's lives. They pursued all available avenues, including court proceedings, third-party visitation centers, and completing the remainder of the case plan to show their dedication and commitment.
