Time Continues to Pass...
The months roll by, with no significant progress in the case. Still working on a case plan, still waiting for reunification, and still navigating through the complexities of the legal system.
All while the birth of a new child approaches, and the emotional toll is undeniable.
Despite medical professionals, social workers, judges, and others being fully aware of the misdiagnosis involving multiple fractures at various stages of healing, no real resolution has been reached.
Precious moments, kisses, hugs, laughter that have been lost. Memories that can never be reclaimed, stolen by the fabrications and false accusations in both the medical reports and family court proceedings.
The clock was ticking, and I fought desperately to settle this before the birth of a new child, an innocent life already impacted by the delay of justice.
