The mother began the legal process to secure custody and visitation rights for her child. However, the court process was delayed due to the opposing party's attorney filing motions to dismiss the case and motions for continuance.
On July 22, 2022, an order was tendered granting the mother visitation rights. This order was officially entered into the court record on April 10, 2023.
The mother continued her pursuit of full custody of her children, navigating through the case and trial to demonstrate that the Court and hospital had misrepresented key facts about her child's medical condition. She resubmitted hospital records from 2015 and 2016, as well as relevant CPS and court documents, to present a more accurate account of the situation.
