The Car Accident

On October 21, 2015, my daughter, my mother, my sister, and I were involved in a car accident. We were all transported to the hospital via ambulance, but the medical team failed to evaluate my daughter properly. Despite the fact that she was only four months old and involved in a serious crash, they did not check for potential injuries such as internal bleeding, fractures, or any other signs of trauma.

The Missing Hospital Records
In December 2015, when we returned to the University of Kentucky Hospital for further evaluation, hospital records were found for my mother, sister, and me. However, there were no records for my daughter. This discrepancy raised questions about whether the hospital had even properly examined her after the accident.
